1. We first Apply a pre-cleaning spray mixture using a power sprayer. -- This is a "SAFE" Dirt and grease / food / spills or other organic substance digesting enzyme solution [Recent technology]. We also mix in a safe germ killing additive, only we do this because Sears, Stanley Steamer and others want to sell this germ killing deodorizer as an extra! We include it free.
2. Then, it is removed with A TRUCK POWERED STEAM EXTRACTION UNIT
After a dwell time of a few minutes the stains and dirt are ready to be removed, some have already disappeared. (its that good) We then remove it all with a tool called a wand equipped with special steam mist jets. We don't blast the dirt out like so many others, we don't have to, because the pre-treat has loosened it already! (the Dirt spills, old cleaning chemicals, everything including our pre-spray) Because we don't want any reside left behind to attract dirt, everything is removed with pure clean water. This clean water is heated to 200 or so degrees and combined with extraction.
-- this is the 2nd step in our 2 step process. This extraction system is so strong the carpets are dry most times, in the area we started, before we leave. But it really is a factor of how dirty the carpet is, and how long we need to work on an area. That will determine how long it takes to dry. Most times only a couple of hours.

Also, Please be aware: There are methods THAT ARE NOT RECOMMENDED by the FIBER EXPERTS. For instance expensive wear dated carpets can have the warranty voided if you use any Electric Rotary equipment on them.
